Custom Order Form

For Custom Orders (not via the online shop) a minimum of (7 days) must be given to cancel your order and to receive a refund minus a $20 handling fee and payment for ANY special items we have purchased or made for your cake. If you cancel 5-7 days before your event your deposit is non refundable but can be moved to another date depending on availability, must be used within 90 days. Cancellations 4 days or less, your deposit or full payment is non-refundable or transferable.
