All Sales Are Final. No Refunds for Change or mind or COVID, Flu etc.
Images are for example and the product supplied may vary slightly from what is pictured.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver the cake / cupcakes /milk cakes / brownies / tarts as described, conditions outside of our control may arise and equivalent replacements need to be made. In any instance you will receive, at a minimum, your cake / dessert sized as ordered.
Last Minute & Signature Cakes are produced in 5 sizes: Mini, Small, Small Mid, Small Tall & Medium. Some selected Signature Cakes are available in Mini, Small, Mid, Mid Tall, Medium, Medium Tall & Large Sizes.
Serving suggestions for each size are strictly a guide only.
Add-ons, such as but not limited to, Candles & Cake toppers must be done so before you check out. If you wish for these to be manually added to your order once you have completed your transaction, a $10 handling fee applies or are welcome to process these add ons yourself through the website free of charge.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal & EFT Bank Transfer. Credit card payments are placed using PayPal, you don’t need a PayPal account to make the payment using your credit card.
Any additional fees incurred by you through the use of PayPal are at your own expense.
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details of the recipient are correct. Failure to provide correct details may result in your cake / dessert being undeliverable.
Order Changes/ Cancellation policy
All Sales are Final.
No refunds for Change of mind. STRICTLY NO refunds or credits due to COVID, Flu or any other illness.
Whereby the cake has been ordered more than 7 days in advance, and your request is more than 4 business days prior to delivery/pick up, we will allow you to change the delivery date once free of charge. The new delivery date must be within 90 days of the original booked date.
ANY amendments to your order including changing the date within our timeframe will incur a processing fee of $20. ANY refunds may take up to 7 days to appear back into your account minus the $20 processing fee.
ANY cancellations or changes less than 4 days notice will be forfeited, no refund will be given.
For Custom Cake orders not placed via the website, we take a $50 non refundable deposit. Change of date is acceptable as long as 7 days notice is given.
Delivery
Local delivery starts from $15. All other suburbs are from $15-$45. Sydney CBD & surrounds $25-$35. If your suburb isn’t available at checkout please email us for a quote. We deliver approximately 40km from Casula, NSW.
Specific Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed prior to 5pm the day prior will be delivered anytime between 9am-5pm on the Delivery Day. We will notify you via SMS or Email (please check) the day before or morning of the delivery with an ETA.
Sunday deliveries are from $40 regardless of the Suburb and available on request ONLY subject to availably.
In order to have your cake delivered the following information will be requested:
Your name and email address.
The Delivery Date- Please note deliveries only occur Monday- Saturday – excluding Public holidays.
The recipients Name, Delivery address (including company name for workplaces), Mobile Phone number and email address
You are responsible for ensuring that all contact details are correct (Both Recipient and the Sender)
Failure to supply incorrect or incomplete details may result in the cake being delivered to the wrong person (especially in large office/buildings)
Whereby a cake is delivered to the wrong recipient due to incomplete or incorrect information received, Sugar Whipped Cakes will not be held accountable. Any loss as a result is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no compensation will be afforded.
Delivery of cakes is operated by a third party courier.
Authority to Leave
You have the option to choose Authority to Leave by writing this in the notes section at checkout or via email.
By choosing this option you release Sugar Whipped Cakes and its associated delivery partners, of any liability in respect to, but not limited to, Damage, Loss and destruction of the supplied product.
When there is no Authority to leave, and the supplied address is unattended, or whereby and Authority to Leave has been issued, however the Courier deems the address be unsuitable to leave the item, e.g. Property with no secure place to leave the order, this will be classed as a failed delivery.
A Failed Delivery will incur a Fee of $25 to return the cake to Sugar Whipped Cakes. A further redelivery fee will apply should you wish to have the cake sent out on the following delivery day. Please note we are closed on Sundays.
If you opt to abandon the order no refund will be given.
Privacy
Any information or details shared with Sugar Whipped Cakes will be used exclusively for the purpose of the sale and product delivery. At times Sugar Whipped Cakes may request your feedback with regards to the product you ordered.
You are not obliged to respond nor complete these requests. Personal information provided is not shared.
If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter you will be contacted, via email, using your nominated email address and may unsubscribe at any time.
Media
On most occasions we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
Sugar Whipped Cakes will never share any personal detail without your express permission.
We always appreciate a tag or a shout out on socials @sugarwhippedcakes is our handle for both Instagram and Facebook.
Allergen Risk
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
Complaints/Refunds
We trust you will receive your order as perfectly as it left our kitchen.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your Sugar Whipped Cakes product arrives defective you need to notify us immediately. As this item is a perishable product, any problems arising with your delivery need to be addressed urgently.
All disputes must be lodged within 3hrs of receipt of goods.
Orders given Authority to Leave waive their rights to any damage claims.
Any costs associated with returning the product will be at the purchasers expense.
Should you find that you have missing items/Add-Ons please contact us sugarwhippedcakes@gmail.com with details of the misplaced unit/s and a refund will be issued.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Sugar Whipped Cakes to complete the agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, pandemics, and other causes beyond our control.
Sugar Whipped Cakes Reserves the right to alter change or amend the above Terms and Conditions without Notice.
